Effective 04/11/2025, the Civil Court fees were increased as part of the ongoing efforts to ensure the continued efficiency and sustainability of the court system. This adjustment is in response to rising operational costs and is designed to support delivering quality legal services.
The new fee structure will apply to various civil proceedings. A full breakdown of the updated fee schedule is listed below and will be made available on the website or at the office location.
